Rachael C. Bowe

Rachael is a Founding Member of BOK Law and Mediation Services. Well versed in all areas of Family Law, her primary focus is on divorce, custody, support and PFA matters.
While Attorney Bowe has years of experience in litigation, she is also trained in the collaborative law divorce process and is a certified mediator, which can assist clients who wish to resolve matters without the need to ever enter a courtroom.
In addition to her many other accomplishments, most recently, Rachael was recognized as a 2024 Super Lawyer Rising Star and 2025 Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in Family Law.
Prior to co-founding BOK Law, Attorney Bowe worked at several well-known, Pittsburgh-area litigation firms. Her work has helped her to gain insights into to the unique challenges that both men and women face when dealing with emotional family matters. In addition, she is involved with Neighborhood Legal Services on a pro bono basis, representing plaintiffs in Protection from Abuse Petitions.
Attorney Bowe received her J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law, and her undergraduate degree from The Pennsylvania State University. She is licensed in Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Bar Associations, as well as the Family Law section of the Allegheny County Bar Association. She is also a member and committee chair of the Collaborative Law Association of Southwestern Pennsylvania.
